Westdale North delivers whole-house retrofit measures across private homes and social housing schemes: External Wall Insulation, solar, loft insulation, heat pumps and battery storage, in a range of finishes and house types.
We believe in a whole-house approach. Get the fabric right first, then add low-carbon heat and generation so the measures work together: warmer homes, lower bills, and a street that still looks like itself.

Insulate outside the wall, then finish in ArtBrick, stone effect, or render. Reduces heat loss through solid walls and lifts comfort without gutting the interior.

BBA-approved ArtBrick resin texture matched to existing brick. Used where street character matters, without brick-slip lead times.

Homeowner or landlord: make an enquiry, we look up the EPC, then a Westdale employee calls or emails. 0% VAT and BUS where they actually apply.
- 0% VAT on qualifying work, currently to 31 March 2027
- BUS: up to £7,500 off a heat pump, not means-tested
- External wall insulation, solar, heat pumps and loft as private work
