Most of the work is outside, so you can usually stay in the house. We give you a programme once we have seen the property, not a generic website timeline.
Time on site
Typically 4–6 weeks on a house
Scaffolding is up a bit longer. Weather, drying time between coats and the finish all affect it. A terrace or a trickier elevation can run longer.

We survey the house
Substrate, detailing, openings and the street. Then we specify the system and the finish: ArtBrick, stone-effect or render.

Scaffold and install
Boards, mesh and basecoat with PAS-aligned detailing. We protect paths, openings and gardens as we go.

Finish and hand over
The elevation is finished to match the street, cleaned down, and you get clear aftercare notes.
