Westdale North was main contractor for Wrexham Council on 154 homes across Heol Kenyon, Cristionydd, Albert Grove and Maes Y Nant.
The package was structural External Wall Insulation, full reroofs, and solar PV taken off so the roofs could go on, then put back.
Windows and doors were not in this contract.
