Eighty-two solid-wall homes in Eastwood's conservation area, for Broxtowe Borough Council under SHDF Wave 2.
The streets already looked like themselves. The job was to keep that character, not cover it with a generic wrap, while making the homes warmer and the bills lower.
ArtBrick External Wall Insulation was specified so the finish still reads as the conservation area. Doors, windows, roofing and loft insulation sat in the same package.
